Parcel Shipments: Free shipping on all UPS orders

Large Items & Furniture: Free shipping on all orders*

Large, bulky items that cannot ship by UPS must be delivered by a large truck. Our Standard Freight service provides for a curbside delivery where a freight carrier in a large truck will deliver your order to the first point of entry to your house, or on a ground-level patio. 

You will be responsible for arranging to have the merchandise moved into your house, garage, or any stairs of your deck. Our carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Deliveries typically will arrive 7-10 days from the initial ship date.

For large items, we also offer a White Glove Delivery service for $199 for most shipments. White Glove Delivery drivers will take your items to your desired location and remove all packaging. Assembly or installation is not included as part of the White Glove Delivery service.

Furniture Shipping Policy: Free shipping on all furniture* and complete furniture sets.

*Spare Parts or components, such as extra cushions or chairs, may be available upon request. These will require a small shipping fee included at checkout.
