Christmas Morning Breakfast Hash Brown Casserole:
1 pack spicy Italian sausage
1 pack frozen shredded hash browns
¼ cup of white onion (diced)
½ red bell pepper (diced)
½ Green bell pepper (diced)
1 1/3 cup of Milk
2 cups of Shredded cheese (Cheddar or Taco blend cheese if you have)
The night before:
Brown Sausage in a saucepan and drain fat. Combine 8 eggs together along with milk, salt, pepper. Whisk all ingredients together. Place all remaining ingredients into a baking pan or baking dish. Cover top with extra cheese for gooeyness! Cover with foil and let sit overnight.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! Bake your breakfast casserole in the oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Serve with A mimosa to really top off the morning!
